We absolutely loved our stay! Thrilled that the kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with coffee and creamer! 😁 The entire space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved the ocean view and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend 👍

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Had everything you wanted. Loved the peaceful area away from the bustle of Pigeon Forge. Loved the horses across the street too. Will definitely be back.

This was my second time staying here with my mom. It is such a great place to stay! It’s so luxurious to have the beach so close, and the condo itself is always immaculately clean, perfectly stocked, and very comfy. I feel certain we’ll stay again in the future.

Stay was great! Place was super clean, comfortable & a good location! Loved seeing horses across the street. Hot tub was nice & fire pit was also a plus! Would absolutely consider staying here again and recommend this place to anyone looking around pigeon forge!

We came to Sugar Bear Valley the last week of September , what a Beautiful place inside and out, you will feel right at home. Very clean house and taken care of, beds are comfortable . We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Morning Coffee bar and sitting on the front porch to enjoy the views are amazing. Jamie thank you for hosting and will be back next year. 5 star

Beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on the ocean! The balcony views are stunning, the pool is a great bonus, and the beach is just steps away. The condo had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a family get together for us so we spent a lot of time in the home. The listing was exactly what was offered to include cornhole boards that we did enjoy. Kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances we needed. Bathroom and bedrooms were of good size.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Jaime's place! Essentially nestled at the base of a mountain, it was a peaceful place to relax after full days in the Smokies or amid the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. With lovely views and relative seclusion, we enjoyed sitting out on the porch with coffee, dinner, a drink, or just to have a quiet moment. The house included everything we needed, which was also all easy to find.
While the location did add a bit of extra time getting up into the Smokies when compared to staying in places like Gatlinburg or Townsend (especially because Google Maps claimed the closest road in was closed -- it wasn't), we felt that having that retreat-like quality was absolutely worth it. Just be aware that it does require maybe 10-15 minutes of driving to get to a national park entrance...and then driving through the massive park to your destination.
We will definitely look to stay here again, if/when we revisit the area!

We had a fabulous time! The condo was a great location, easy parking and access to the beach. The pool was right there too. Lovely condo, very clean and tidy, well organized and spotless. Super clean and fresh linens provided.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this rental. We have stayed on the other side of the island in the past and loved this location as it was very peaceful and never too crowded. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again.
