We are on the top floor (32 steps), so no one is above you and better yet, nothing blocks your view! The kitchen is fully stocked (even a margarita machine!) and is equipped with new stainless steel appliances. Each room has been thoughtfully decorated and has a smart TV (bring your passwords). We want you to come ready to relax! Here's what we provide: -All bed, bath and kitchen linens are included!! Woohoo!! -6 beach chairs & a beach wagon -Included essentials: Keurig cups, cream/sugar, dish soap & sponge, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, trash bags, hand soap. You won't need to visit the grocery store:) Enjoy everything Ocean Isle beach has to offer: ️★GOLF-Over 100 courses within a 30 mile radius ★FALL-Skip the crowds & relax while enjoying all the perks the off season has to offer! ★WINTER- Snowbirds welcome! ★SPRING- Enjoy the warming temperatures and the quiet beaches ★SUMMER-Friday night summer concerts, weekly movies in the park, Saturday summer markets, mini golf, a variety of great restaurants, an ice cream shop, the best Italian ice, the Museum of Coastal Carolina, and of course fishing. There is so much fun packed into this family friendly island! We strongly suggest Travelers Insurance, especially during the Hurricane Season June 1-Nov 1. We will not issue refunds unless local government authorities order mandatory evacuation. We have a Ring doorbell for the safety of our guest that will be on during your stay. Beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on the ocean! The balcony views are stunning, the pool is a great bonus, and the beach is just steps away. The condo had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this rental. We have stayed on the other side of the island in the past and loved this location as it was very peaceful and never too crowded. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was an awesome week stay for a family of 4. They had everything you needed to enjoy the beach, cook at home, and just the right amount of entertainment for the kids when it was raining. The family and I will definitely be making this our place for our stay in OIB!

We had an amazing time at Jaime‘s place! Everything was in perfect order and the floor plan worked super well for two couples to stay with great comfort, privacy and amenities. The beach out front was super awesome and big enough to fly a kite in and also enjoy the beach. Local restaurants are so fun and good service. Very family friendly places too! We had enjoyable delicious meals and a great time overall!

We loved our vacation at Ocean Isle! The condo was so clean and comfortable! We loved the coffee bar and Margarita Machine ! We loved all the amenities! We really enjoyed our stay at A Wave From It All! the location was great and the accomodations were perfect! The condo felt very nice, clean and comfy, you can tell they try very had to take care of their guests and provide a comfortable space. Very Highly Recommended! We had a great stay for a long weekend! Everything was extremely clean and the space was perfect for our family. We loved the short walk to the beach and being able to enjoy the view each morning. I loved that we were able to come in and immediately enjoy the space with the linens already on the beds and everything we needed in the kitchen and coffee bar. We would definitely stay again!

If paradise were in NC, it would be this condo! Inspiring sunrise and sunsets… The kitchen, the bed, the sheets and every other detail was perfection. The entire place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and so inviting. Host, was thoughtful and helpful, making the my stay even more better.
